Adult Daycare Services

Adult day care programs gives older people a chance to socialize with their peers and alleviate the isolation and loneliness that many experience.
Day care is opted when their older loved one:

  • Is unable to structure his or her daily activities
  • Feels isolated and lonely and wishes for interaction with other older people.
  • Experiences anxiety or depression and needs social and emotional support.
  • Has difficulty starting and focusing on an activity, whether it’s conversation, reading or watching TV.
  • Seems not to be safe on their own or feels uncertain and anxious about being alone.

Adult day care centers serve those with physical or cognitive disabilities who may need more supervision and services, thus leading to a better quality of life. Our program provides health-related, social, psychological and behavioral benefits for participants, particularly those with dementia and other cognitive impairments.

Some of our activities include physical exercises, art and craft, indoor games, puzzles, yoga, meditation, audio-visual relaxation/ musical therapy, massage and steam bath, enema, etc.
